Oregon Twilight Track and Field on a soggy Friday night

The annual Twilight track and field meet from Hayward Field on the University of Oregon Campus was held Friday night, May 3, 2024. The conditions were less than ideal with heavy rain constant during the entire five hours I was actively shooting events.

This meet was a tune up for me as I will be covering the NCAA Track and Field Championships, along with the USA Olympic Trials in Track and Field this June for USA Today - Gannett Media.

Here are some of my favorite shots from the meet. While the rain made things =very challenging, the images had a certain special feeling. Don't forget to pass my name on as a professional photographer serving Lane County and the Eugene Oregon area.
